Not New to This. But True to This.

Welcome 2023! and welcome you all! We hope you had an abundant and safe Holiday season; however, you chose to celebrate.

Thank you for tuning into our new platform. I’m Brian, and my wife Alexis and I are at the beginning stages of building our new custom home. Now this is NOT our first go around, in fact, we loved it soooo much the first time, we decided to do it again.

We titled our blog “WE DID IT. WE BUILT IT.” as a means of providing aspiration and excitement to you and letting you know that your dream home can be created and built exactly as you want it. We’ve done it once, and we are about to do it a second time! You are most likely asking, “Well, WHY did you sell the first one?!” We will get into that along this journey as well. 

As you tune into our blog, you will have an opportunity to get insight into lessons learned and best practices from our 1st custom home build, as well as follow us throughout the journey in real time for our 2nd custom build. The thoughts in this blog are mostly curated from our own personal experiences along with some referenced data and OUR interpretation of that data.
