We have our building permits! #wedidit

Hey everyone 

We are really excited to share that our building permit has been released! Today. Woohoo!. This is a milestone in the homebuilding process. This means the builder can now begin construction on the property. Specifically the foundation footers and pouring concrete for the slab foundation itself. They completed clearing the land last week and the permits being released now allows for the construction to really get going. Stay tuned for an upcoming blog post about the many aspects of the building inspection process during construction through the Prince George's County Department of Permitting, Inspection and Enforcement (DPIE).
